ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within your account or app settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day satisfaction window for new members.

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund.
  • After 14 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for unused time or partial subscription periods.

For multi-month or annual plans:

  • You are committing to a discounted plan in exchange for upfront payment.
  • Refunds are not issued after the initial 14-day period.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

NO GUARANTEES

We make no guarantees regarding results. Individual outcomes will vary based on effort, consistency, and personal factors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and programs are the property of Strength 4 Life.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your account or login credentials
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content
  • Use materials for commercial purposes

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your participation in any fitness program is voluntary and at your own risk.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
